We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. How does it work? See the steps below:

You can request your return by:

1. Visiting our store at Luxury Vista II, Princess Alia Street, (near 6th circle). We keep a record of your purchases, just give us the name/phone number it was purchased under.

OR alternatively:

1. Email us on sales@adawatonline.com, including the following details of your request and a contact method (email, phone, whatsapp).

Please note: EXCHANGE is only for products purchased from Adawat.

Note about packaging:

Remember to pack the product in its original packaging, together with any items that were included with it (if defective or faulty). 

For exchanges, items must be in the original packaging without the removal of internal protective packaging.

Warning: items we cannot refund

If you do not make your return request to Adawat within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, we cannot accept your return. If the items arrive back with us incomplete, damaged, or soiled, they will not be refunded. 

When will you receive your refund?

Your refund will be processed immediately (in-store) in the form of a gift certificate redeemable within the same calendar year.
